Chinese Traveller Fined RM5,000 for Attempted Backpack Theft on Malaysia-Bound Flight
A Chinese national has been fined RM5,000 after pleading guilty to attempting to steal a Japanese passenger's backpack during a flight from Timor-Leste to Kuala Lumpur this week.
