Japan's PM Takaichi Sends Offering to War-Linked Shrine as Nation Marks WWII Anniversary
Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi sent a ritual offering to the controversial Yasukuni shrine on the 81st anniversary of Japan's World War II surrender, while defence officials visited the site honouring figures convicted as war criminals.
