Malaysia Strengthens Witness Protection Framework With Comprehensive Amendment Bill
Malaysia has tabled the Witness Protection (Amendment) Bill 2026, introducing comprehensive protections including psychological support for programme participants and allowing parents to enrol minors and legally incapacitated witnesses.
