Man charged after assaulting officer and committing obscene act in Singapore coffeeshop
Singapore police arrested a 36-year-old man in Toa Payoh after he committed an obscene act and assaulted a 19-year-old officer who responded to a disturbance call at a coffeeshop on Sunday morning.
