Ex-Singapore Air Force Chief Fined S$5,000 for Hitting Woman with Stroller
A retired Singapore Air Force chief has been fined S$5,000 and disqualified from driving for five years after his car struck a woman pushing a toddler in a stroller in 2024, injuring both pedestrians.
