Malaysia and Pakistan Seal Prisoner Transfer Agreement
Malaysia and Pakistan have signed the International Transfer of Prisoners Treaty, allowing inmates from each country to complete sentences at home. The agreement follows five rounds of negotiations and strengthens bilateral security cooperation.
