Japan-owned tanker safely transits Strait of Hormuz as tensions ease
A Liberian-flagged crude oil tanker owned by Japan's Kyoei Tanker safely transited the Strait of Hormuz on Friday, becoming the last Japanese-crewed vessel to evacuate the Persian Gulf region following a US-Iran memorandum of understanding.
