Marcos heads to Russia for historic Asean summit and Putin talks on energy, food security
Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr has left for Kazan, Russia, to lead the Asean-Russia Commemorative Summit and hold bilateral talks with President Putin on energy and food security issues.
