Chicha 2 Water Treatment Plant to Serve 13,000 Kelantan Residents from September
Kelantan's RM54.98 million Chicha 2 Water Treatment Plant is 97% complete and expected to begin operations in September, providing treated water to more than 13,000 consumers across five municipalities in Pasir Hor and surrounding areas.
