JPJ to prosecute helmet-less motorcyclists in Johor campaign, regardless of party, says Loke
Transport Minister Anthony Loke has instructed the Road Transport Department to summon motorcyclists riding without helmets during the Johor election campaign, applying the rule equally across all political parties.
