Nationwide Syariah Lawyer Accreditation Framework To Be Presented To MKI
A proposal to create uniform standards for Syariah lawyer accreditation across Malaysia will be submitted to the National Council for Islamic Religious Affairs, potentially enabling lawyers to practise nationwide without separate state assessments.
