Sky Villa owner sentenced to five years for deadly Mandalay earthquake collapse
The owner of Sky Villa Condominium in Mandalay has been imprisoned for five years following the deadly earthquake collapse that killed more than 200 residents, with both prosecution and defence pursuing appeals.
