Thailand intensifies crackdown on foreign proxy land schemes in tourist hotspots
Thailand has launched an intensified enforcement drive against foreign nationals operating through local proxies in major tourist destinations. A multi-phase operation across four southern provinces resulted in 96 arrests and investigation of properties valued at 1.671 billion baht.
