Thailand Plans Domestic Travel Subsidy and Foreign Visitor Fee to Boost Tourism
Thailand is preparing a domestic tourism subsidy programme worth 1.75 billion baht launching in September, alongside a proposed fee on international visitors to finance tourism infrastructure, safety measures and environmental restoration.
