Service Tax Exemption for Non-residential Buildings to Lighten Management Costs
Malaysia will exempt Service Tax on service charges and sinking fund contributions for non-residential buildings starting July 1, 2026, a move the Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers says will ease operational costs.
