Perak Orders Palm Oil Mill to Halt Polluted Sludge Discharge into Sungai Sepetang
Perak's Department of Environment has ordered a palm oil mill to immediately cease discharge of contaminated sludge into Sungai Sepetang following a retention pond collapse. The spillage has killed fish stocks and disrupted livelihoods across the region.
