Argentine Court Convicts Ex-Submarine Commander Over 2017 Disaster That Killed 44
An Argentine court has convicted the former head of the country's submarine fleet over the 2017 sinking of ARA San Juan, which killed 44 crew members. Claudio Javier Villamide received a three-year suspended sentence for dereliction of duty.
