Malaysia's self-sufficiency ratio in key agricultural subsectors has improved substantially, driven by government incentive programmes including Pengganda30 and the National Dairy Production Enhancement initiative, Deputy Agriculture Minister Datuk Chan Foong Hin told parliament.
