Five arrested in RM77,000 scratch-and-win scheme targeting senior citizens
Police in Perak have arrested five individuals suspected of orchestrating a scratch-and-win lottery scam that defrauded two elderly women of more than RM77,000 through jewellery and cash theft across Ipoh and Taiping.
