MM2H Agents Must Follow Local Laws in Overseas Promotion, Tiong Warns
Malaysia's Tourism Minister has cautioned MM2H agents that holding a local licence does not exempt them from complying with the regulatory frameworks of foreign countries where they recruit participants and promote the visa programme.
