Court of Appeal Cuts Guan Eng's Defamation Award Against Muhyiddin to RM450,000
The Court of Appeal has substantially reduced general damages awarded to DAP adviser Lim Guan Eng in his defamation suit against Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, from RM1.05 million to RM450,000, concerning statements about tax exemption revocation.
