Fullerton Healthcare founders fined for falsified claims in Singapore scheme
Two doctors and co-founders of Fullerton Healthcare Corporation were fined a combined S$160,000 in Singapore for falsifying entertainment claims totalling over S$211,000, though they did not personally benefit from the scheme.
