US Film Director Sentenced to Prison for $11 Million Netflix Fraud
American filmmaker Carl Rinsch has been handed a prison sentence after being convicted of defrauding Netflix of US$11 million in 2020. Instead of producing a science fiction series, he spent the funds on cryptocurrency, stock speculation, and luxury purchases including five Rolls-Royces.
