Government Moves to Overturn Bar Council's Legal Challenge Against DNAA Decision
The Attorney General and Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi are pursuing legal measures to reinstate a High Court ruling that previously dismissed the Malaysian Bar Council's attempt to judicially review a Discharge Not Amounting to Acquittal decision.
