Malaysia Removes 457,562 Gambling Content Posts in Five-Month Crackdown
Malaysia's Communications Ministry has successfully removed 457,562 pieces of online gambling content since January 2025, with service providers acting on 98% of takedown requests. The crackdown also saw 1,778 gambling websites blocked.
