Sabah Battles Telecom Vandalism Crisis as Infrastructure Damage Costs Mount to RM17.3 Million
Sabah has recorded 1,191 telecommunication service disruptions affecting 257 sites since early 2025, resulting in RM17.3 million in losses. State authorities are targeting the entire supply chain of stolen components to combat the crisis.
