Penang Enforces Community Service Orders for Littering as New Cleanliness Drive Takes Effect
Penang has activated enforcement of Community Service Orders against litterbugs, replacing warnings with immediate legal action. Conviction can result in fines up to RM2,000 and up to 12 hours of community service.
