Singapore man jailed 12 months for burning friend, assaulting girlfriend while on bail
A 36-year-old Singapore man has been sentenced to 12 months' imprisonment after pleading guilty to causing hurt. He had set his childhood friend on fire in 2019 and fled the country for five years before being detained in Thailand.
