Anwar Government Moves to Dismiss Parliamentary Challenge to Malaysia-US Trade Pact
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim's government has filed to strike out a lawsuit by opposition MPs challenging the Malaysia-US reciprocal trade agreement. The MPs are simultaneously seeking a Federal Court referral on constitutional questions.
