Government to Amend Act 530 Allowing Multiple Homes on FELDA Lots, Says PM Anwar
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has instructed the Federal Land Development Authority to draft amendments to Act 530 within two months, enabling FELDA settlers to construct multiple homes on single residential plots. The move aims to formalise existing structures already occupied by around 8,000 households.
