Within the Alor Gajah district specifically, the Public Works Department (JKR) is constructing additional classrooms across 14 schools under Program Cakna MADANI at a combined cost of RM12.05 million. These additions are specifically designated to accommodate the anticipated 2027 Year One student cohort, ensuring that schools in the district have adequate physical infrastructure to manage enrollment growth. Beyond classroom expansion, JKR is simultaneously erecting new covered multipurpose halls and courts at two schools within the district, representing a further investment of RM1.83 million in recreational and assembly facilities.
