An individual will face prosecution in connection with the misappropriation of public funds under Op Sutra, according to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission. The accused is expected to appear before Shah Alam Sessions Court tomorrow to be formally charged with 158 counts stemming from the investigation.
